Withdrawal Policy

After submission, some writers want to have their manuscripts removed from consideration for publication. The request for withdrawal is sometimes made shortly after the article is submitted, but it is often made much later, when the paper is only a few days away from publishing in the journal. Withholding manuscripts from publication is a waste of the precious resources and enormous labor put forth by the editors, reviewers, and editorial staff in processing the manuscripts.

We earnestly ask the authors, particularly the corresponding author, first author, and guarantor of submission, to resolve the following concerns before to submitting the work for UbJournalto prevent having to withdraw it.
